The Man From The Manor Non-Exclusive Beat Licence Terms — Version 1.0

Effective 2026-09-02. These terms apply to each new MP3 or WAV non-exclusive licence that records this terms version at checkout.

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between The Man From The Manor Ltd, trading as The Man From The Manor or TMFTM, and the customer identified in the order (the Licensee). Dubz D is the producer and composer of the underlying instrumental production identified in that order (the Production).

By completing checkout, the Licensee confirms acceptance of these terms for the selected Production and licence tier.

2. Licence grant

TMFTM grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to use the Production in one new original song created by the Licensee (the New Song). The New Song may include newly recorded vocals and other original material, and the Production may be reasonably arranged or edited for that song.

The New Song may be commercially released, monetised and distributed through streaming services, download stores and physical formats. It may also be used in music videos, monetised social or video content, radio and broadcast, promotion and live performance. These terms impose no contractual cap on streams, downloads or sales.

3. Licence tiers and delivery

The £19.99 MP3 Licence supplies the full MP3 master and licence evidence. The recommended £34.99 WAV Licence supplies the full MP3 and WAV masters and licence evidence. Prices are shown in GBP.

Files are supplied through time-limited, server-authorised access after confirmed payment. The Licensee should download and securely retain the supplied files and licence evidence. If access fails, the Licensee should contact TMFTM for support.

4. Ownership and publishing

TMFTM and Dubz D retain all rights in the original Production. The licence is permission to use it as stated here; it does not sell or assign the copyright in the underlying Production. Subject to those underlying rights and any rights in material added by others, the Licensee may own the resulting master recording of the New Song.

The songwriting, composition and publishing share is 50% for Dubz D on the producer side and 50% for the Licensee on the artist-writer side. The Licensee may divide its own 50% among its co-writers. Adding writers does not dilute Dubz D's 50%. Materially different contributions from another producer, composer or third-party material may require a separate written split agreement.

No additional TMFTM or Dubz D master-recording royalty is payable under the standard MP3 or WAV Licence. This does not alter the composition and publishing split above.

5. Credit

Where the relevant platform, format or usage reasonably supports credits, the Licensee must credit: Produced by Dubz D.

6. Restrictions

The Licensee must not resell, redistribute or make the Production available on its own; place it in a beat pack, sample pack, production library or similar collection; sublicense the standalone Production; use one licence to create multiple separate songs; transfer the licence without TMFTM's written agreement; claim exclusive ownership; or misrepresent ownership or authorship of the Production.

7. Content ID and fingerprinting

The Licensee must not register or use Content ID, automated fingerprinting or a similar rights-management system in a way that claims the underlying Production exclusively or causes claims against TMFTM, Dubz D, the Production or another legitimate non-exclusive licensee.

The Licensee may protect its own original contributions to the New Song, provided that protection is configured so it does not claim or obstruct legitimate use of the underlying Production.

8. Non-exclusive nature

The same Production may be licensed to more than one artist. A later non-exclusive or exclusive agreement does not invalidate a valid licence already granted under these terms.

9. Third-party material

The Licensee is responsible for clearing material it adds to the New Song. TMFTM does not knowingly license material it lacks the right to license. If a genuine rights issue is identified, the parties should contact each other promptly and cooperate on a proportionate solution.

10. Immediate digital supply and cancellation

Before checkout, the Licensee must expressly request immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that, once digital supply begins, the usual 14-day right to cancel the digital-content purchase on that basis will be lost. This does not affect statutory rights where files are faulty, inaccessible or materially misdescribed.

11. Problems and refunds

If the Licensee receives the wrong files, corrupt or inaccessible files, a duplicate charge, or digital content that is materially misdescribed, they should contact TMFTM. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, TMFTM will provide replacement or redelivery, correct the issue, or provide an appropriate refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Material breach and termination

If a breach is capable of remedy, the party in breach should be given a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. A serious material breach, or a material breach that remains unremedied after reasonable notice, may result in termination of the licence. Rights and obligations intended to survive termination, including ownership and accrued payment obligations, continue to apply.

13. Trackout and Exclusive

Trackout licensing is currently unavailable and is not granted by these terms. Exclusive licensing is enquiry-only and requires a separate written agreement; no Exclusive Licence is purchased through the standard MP3 or WAV checkout.

14. Versioning, severability and law

Each order is tied to the terms version recorded at purchase. Later changes do not rewrite an earlier licence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protection or forum right that applies to the Licensee.

15. Contact

Questions, delivery problems and rights concerns can be sent to info@themanfromthemanor.com or through the Contact page.
