Non-exclusive licences
A standard non-exclusive licence is intended to cover one new song, worldwide and perpetually. It is intended to permit commercial release and monetisation, DSP distribution, music-video use, social promotion and live performance, with no artificial streaming or sales cap.
The artist owns the new finished master recording they create. Dubz D retains rights in the underlying production: the licence does not transfer ownership of that production, and it may continue to be licensed to other artists.
Publishing
Standard non-exclusive licences reserve 50% of the songwriting, composition and publishing share for Dubz D as producer and composer of the underlying production. The remaining 50% is allocated among the artist and any additional writers.
This split is the same across the MP3 and WAV standard licences; paying for WAV deliverables does not change it. The artist side may divide its own 50% among co-writers, but adding writers does not dilute Dubz D's 50%.
Producer credit
Where credits can reasonably be displayed, the required producer credit is: Produced by Dubz D.
The supplied production files are not intended for resale, redistribution or sublicensing as standalone assets, and a licence does not make the buyer the author of the underlying production.
Content ID
Standard non-exclusive licensees must not use Content ID or automated fingerprinting to claim the underlying Production exclusively or interfere with TMFTM, Dubz D or another legitimate licensee.
Exclusive Content ID terms may be negotiated separately as part of an exclusive agreement.
Deliverables
The £19.99 MP3 Licence supplies MP3 and licence evidence. The recommended £34.99 WAV Licence supplies MP3, WAV and licence evidence. Preview audio is for listening only and remains separate from licensed files.
Trackout remains unavailable.
Exclusive licensing
Exclusive licensing is discussed individually. Price, deliverables, publishing and Content ID terms are negotiable. No copyright assignment or publishing transfer happens automatically, and existing valid non-exclusive licences are intended to remain effective.
Once an exclusive agreement is formally completed, future non-exclusive licensing may be closed.
Licence terms
The Man From The Manor Non-Exclusive Beat Licence Terms — Version 1.0 governs MP3 and WAV orders that record that version at purchase. Future changes do not rewrite an earlier order's terms.
Secure purchasing appears only for a production whose server-side payment, legal, catalogue and fulfilment gates all pass.
