Standard non-exclusive licences cover one new song, worldwide and perpetually. Commercial release, monetisation, DSP and download distribution, physical release, music-video use, social promotion, broadcast and live performance are permitted, with no contractual streaming, download or sales cap.
The artist owns the new finished master recording they create. Dubz D retains rights in the underlying production, which is not transferred by the licence and may continue to be licensed to other artists.
Standard non-exclusive licences reserve 50% of the songwriting, composition and publishing share for Dubz D as producer and composer of the underlying production. The remaining 50% is allocated among the artist and any additional writers.
Content ID or automated fingerprinting must not claim the underlying Production exclusively or interfere with TMFTM, Dubz D or another legitimate non-exclusive licensee.
Supplied instrumental, stem or trackout files must not be resold, redistributed or sublicensed as standalone production assets.
